Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 2001 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication at Portland State University. Her educational background provides the foundation for a legal practice built on clear communication, practical problem-solving, and dedicated client service.

Since being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2001, Rebecca has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters throughout the state. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, allowing her to serve clients in both state and federal legal proceedings when necessary.
